Zanetti Murano Glass, known also as Zanetti Vetreria Artistica was established in 1956 by glassmaster Oscar Zanetti and his son, Licio. The studio quickly gained recognition for the artistic excellence of master Licio Zanetti’s glass sculptures, securing its place among the most esteemed companies on Murano.

In 1989, master Licio Zanetti stepped aside in favor of his son Oscar, named after his grandfather, who had been working alongside him since his youth. Oscar inherited his father’s artistic talent, mastering both the ancient glass techniques of Murano and innovative techniques developed within the furnace itself.

His penchant for naturalistic subjects is evident in a vibrant collection inspired by the flora and fauna of the cherished Venetian Lagoon: blown or massive glass objects, all meticulously crafted by hand, following the rich tradition of the great masters of Murano.
